The strategic objective of Overseas Instruction in Counseling is to assist in the initial creation and/or continuing development of national, culture-specific, biblical counseling certifying organizations.
Pastor Adrian Rogers and Dr. Wayne Vanderwier will be meeting with Biblical Soul Care Australia to discuss the future plans of the organization in Australia.
Key leaders from Romania will come together to assess steps necessary to develop a Biblical Counseling certifying organization in Romania.
